Recital day finally arrived! Emma and Hannah got their hair done by Dena at the mall. They looked beautiful! Grandma joined us at the salon and got the girls a gift of tutu flip flops!
Emma's first dance was "The Lion Sleeps Tonight." It was her tap dance, dressed in an adorable lion costume. The mane was uncomfortable and caused a lot of tears leading up to the recital. I was so happy that she willingly put the mane on and wore it without a fuss! Hannah is wearing her trio costume for the song "Three Little Birds."
She looked so cute as a little lion!

Emma's second dance was in a hula costume for ballet. The song was "Somewhere Over the Rainbow/What a Wonderful World." Hannah had a monkey costume for "Monkey Business."
